Eligibility Assessment
We evaluate based on family income, educational background, age, and location. Our criteria are designed to identify students who genuinely need support — not just anyone looking for free training.
Career Counseling
This is where the magic starts. We sit with the student, understand their interests and aptitude, analyse market demand, and help them choose the right career direction. Many students have never had anyone guide them like this before.
Course Selection & Enrollment
Based on counseling, we select the most suitable course and training institute. We handle all paperwork, coordinate with the institute, and ensure seamless enrollment. The student pays nothing.
Training & Mentorship
Throughout the training period, we stay connected. Regular check-ins, progress tracking, and industry mentors who guide students on real-world skills beyond the textbook.
Placement Preparation
Resume building, LinkedIn profile setup, mock interviews, soft skills training, communication workshops — everything a student needs to walk into an interview with confidence.
